Community Services

The following community services are available to residents of the Peacock Islands.

College Serving Peacock Isle and the mainland. The Institute honors all Maxis Scholorships, tuition/room and board is $1,200 a semester.

Peacock cove is an island reserved for Native inhabitants of the Peacock Isles, which are generally referred to as Legacy Sims.



Sim Historical Preservation Society

This society proudly offers $10,000 to any adult opening a business and choosing to reside on Peacock Isle. The society is also responsible for ensuring that the isles have basic services until such time as the residents are able to take over these services.


Job Board

Due to the limited number of sims, and therefore the low level of need for any given occupation each career track only allows 1 sim in it at any given time. Highlighted Careers no longer have jobs available. These restrictions may change as the population grows. Non sanctioned career tracks are not covered by this job board and are not subject to restriction other than possible fines or jail time. In addition there are several defunct businesses which can be bought. Please see the business directory for further information.
