Peacock Isle Institute serves the Peacock Islands as well as mainland students from several neighborhoods. It focuses on practical development of skills and trades for young adults. It features a dance studio, music hall, art studio, library with computer lab, mechanics garage, multimedia center, astronomy observation deck, student lounge and cafeteria all within the residential dorm area to better serve students. It also features several practicums in agriculture, marine biology, applied mechanics, archeology, art, music, and culinary crafting.
