Map of Peacock Islands

There are four main islands making up the Peacock Islands. The largest of the islands is Called Peacock Isle. The conduit to the mainland and all other islands is called Tail Feather Island. A small Islands houses an even smaller university, and one nearly uninhabited Islands especially for Legacy sims is called Peacock Cove.

The large island houses nearly all the residents and most of the shopping for the area. It used to be a tourist spot, but lately visitors have not been coming in as great of numbers. The Island can be sectioned into 4 pieces; upper Island, West Islands, Mid Island, and East Island.

Upper Island houses the only historical building, the Canary Lighthouse, and several wealthier homes. Connecting the upper and lower island is the steep road known as Suicide Hill, which leads you to the West Island. This is home to many of the administrative buidlings, the renowned Hungry Peacock Restaurant, closed since the owners vacated the island, and the coveted apartments of Audry Manor.

Mid Island is the market center containing a boarded up City Hall, a cluster of shops, two parks, Belleverde apartments and the sea cove bar.

East Island holds the Bumstead Arms Apartments and several small starter houses, all vacant at the start of this narrative.

Tail Feather Isle is the downtown center containing mostly shops and a very small apartment/hotel for tourists.

Peacock Isle Institute is the only university serving the Island Chain as well as part o the Mainland. It has a few private buisnesses and residential apartments surrounding the residential campus. The Archeology program is it's best feature and nearly every students at some time participates in a dig. It uses practical skills to teach the students trades and knowledge.

Peacock cove is a bare island reserved for Islander Legacy sims. This currently consists of the Steepback Family, the only direct descendents of the original islanders that have kept any of the original surnames.
