The sims historical preservation society is currently doing research on town development starting from the beginning to help us better understand historical town development. We have a rare opportunity to watch as sims move into a planned community complete with housing, apartments, community lots and businesses, but with no one to run them. The developer died and the project stalled before enough businesses or even municipal services could open, the six brave sims that settle here will be watched as they try to build a community.

Until further notice the SHPS communications will be delivered by Roxie Rasmussen, the landlady of Mrs. silvers boardinghouse the first stop for all sims wishing to reside in Silver Grove Valley.
